About Dan

Born and raised in Queens NY on a healthy diet of street basketball, comic books, skelly and handball. Got my first pair of Jordan's at 18! Late? Yep! Came from a humble home of God fearing parents. Driven by an insane desire to control my own destiny.

Studied Electronic Engineering in college, completed enough credits to earn an Associates Degree dropped out of the bachelors program to become a banker. Worked for Gunn Allen Financial, J.P. Morgan Chase, Wamu and then Chase again before getting laid off at the peak of the 2008 Recession.

Started messing around with T-shirt Printing and Design toward the end of 2006 and since November of 2008 I have been living on T-shirts and my wits.

About My Brand

I make shirts that some people might call weird, left brained or just nerdy. I create many of my own designs as well as collaborate with other artists. Always willing to hear an idea out.

My brand revolves around a group of easily recognizable images such as "The Vagabond" which is my main character. These images have been through many phases since I created them. I will continue to reinvent these images in ways that I think you will like.

I want to promote positivity and growth with my work. This is mostly because I want to make myself a better person and surround myself with positive things.

I'm known for first selling my designs at union square and 14th street in Manhattan with the phrase "Peace in the Streets" printed on the lower back side of each shirt.
